Looking through the forums I see repeated references to the Browse option under Live TV & DVR, the ability to filter programmes by genre etc. None of that is available on my set up. I only get Recommended, Guide and DVR Schedule.
Clicking on the Guide:
I can only filter by day of the week and HD channels. I’ve seen the following screenshots and people have referenced the Browse section which indicates some functionality just isn’t working for me. Browse:
