My server is installed as docker on an unraid server.
When i want to sync with an iphone (for off line viewing) a show it’s transcoded and uploaded to the phone but there is only one subtitle track and no choice of the track to sync.
For about all my shows i have several subtitles tracks (english and french in several versions).
IS there a way to tell plex to sync all subs tracks or to choose the one i want ?

If you want something different, yo need to visit the preplay pages of all movies/episodes and select the subtitle and/or audio track you want.
(this is done much faster when using the web app and a mouse)
I’ve just seen that there might be a problem with thte files i try to sync.
When i stream or direct play all is fine i can choose between the 10 subs tracks.
The problem is that one track is an external srt and the 9 others are ass tracks muxed in the mkv.
With media info i can see the tracks but when i try to extract them with mkvtoolnix or mkvextractgui only the srt file is detected.
I guess plex can detect the ass tracks for playing or streaming but not for transcoding.
Might try to sync without transcoding it would be much quicker
