"No content" on Home-Page

hi,

I have the newest iOS app (version 2025.12.0, iOS 18.4, iPhone 16 Pro) and no matter what I try, my pinned libraries are deleted every time I restart the app.
(It was the same with the previous versions of the new app, I was just waiting for the latest update to see if it might fix the problem.)

When I click on libraries, the active library is in the top left corner. Then I “heart” my media libraries.

I click on “Home” and see my normal start page, just as I remember it from the old app.

But as soon as I close the app completely, even in the background, it’s “No Content” again and the hearts are gone from the media libraries.

What am I doing wrong?

I am now on version 2025.14.0 and unfortunately still have the same error.

But only with my user, when I select other users from the Plex Home, everything is immediately displayed correctly, only the “Plex Home Admin” account has the problem.

I have already compared all the settings for the other users and found nothing that could be the cause.

I have also reinstalled the app, logged in again and linked the server to the account again, but unfortunately none of this helps.

It’s a real shame that I can no longer use my start page at all, except when I mark media libraries as favorites every time I restart the app.

Does no one else have the problem or perhaps an idea what the problem could be?
