Been having an issue on iOS since the rollout of the new plex experience app.
Every time the app has to relaunch after the app has been closed, either forced or not, my favorite libraries will reset.
That in and of itself wouldn’t be too much of a problem, but the problem is that it defaults to 3 libraries that are on my friend’s server. So every time I relaunch the app, I have to dig through menus just to get to my own library.
I’ve tried every method I can think of to fix it; restarting server, reinstalling server, logging out, deleting app, reinstalling app. Every. Single. Time.
It’s the same 3 favorited libraries on a friend’s server that’s stuck on my home page.
I’ve even gone ahead and removed the friend from my plex account and their content is still shown on my front page.
I don’t know what else I can do at this point, the mobile app is unusable in this state.
Same issue on iPhone and iPad
Started having this issue in Version 2025.12.0 and it’s now Version 2025.21.0.
