I've searched and read the initial results when people have had this problem, but I didn't see much as of lately in releases. I just installed 0.1.32 using the windows install tool. I see all of the openelec files when the SD card is mounted. Insert it into the pi, bootup, but no HDMI out. I get a red power light and blank ok light.
Try reflashing and redownload the image to (just to ensure you got not a invalid .32 image which was out there for some time).
If this does not resolve the issue try to use a better/more powerful power supply and check your sd-card.
Thanks for the response a_wein! I got a beefier power supply. I updated link and re-downloaded 0.1.32, same. Tried 0.1.31, same. SD card is next, works fine with Openelec. I may try to change some of the overclock settings. I wish raspi would put out some sort of low level bios log.
