Have a new install of Plex. One the left hand side I have exclamation marks on Home Movies, Movies, Music, Photos and TV Shows. All other links are available. Verified server is running. Have paid subscription. Will need to cancel if I can not figure this out.
I recommend you upgrade your server. That version was released in October 2019 and should not even be compatible with current versions of Plex clients (minimum version required has been 1.18.3 for a pretty long time).
