I am using Plex Media Server on a Raspberry Pi.
Yesterday, when i wanted to watch a movie i discovered that all my libraries disappeared in my account. This happens to all my devices (browser, android, TV webOS). I also cannot create/add a new library. This is only for my “main profile”. Logging in with my kids profiles i see the normal libraries (without adult movies). Some other users described that problem as well. But non of there solutions worked out for me.
What i mostly read was that i have to claim the server. But I could not found a “claim the server”-button or link. I disconnected all clients and I also restarted the server over and over again, but i doesnt work as well.
Does anyone can help me?

Thank you for your input. I wouldn’t say installation and usage is easy way. I think it makes more sense to me to uninstall and reinstall PMS on my raspberry.
But why has UserCredentials become corrupt?
Is there a way to prevent to happen this again if I reinstall PMS?
Abruptly powering off a Linux machine will mess up the credentials (Stored in Preferences.xml )
The data (where credentials and metadata are) is stored separately from the code.
Uninstall / reinstall does nothing to the data .
