Reset password because of notification, now libraries vanished and db on disk is incredible small

I reset my password as instructed. I did the login shuffle, my server shows claimed. Updated plex to latest version. Now all my libraries are missing. I can’t get them back. I have tried logging in and out. The files in APPDATA look really small. I feel like my database is hosed. How do I fix this?

did you restart the server? mine also wouldn’t appear until i closed and reopened the server and each client

Nm, I use different profiles to run Plex because I use PlexServiceTray to get it to run without a user logged in, and it was starting up as the wrong user. Once I switched to the right profile, things work. I need a better solution to running Plex without a user logged in (as a service).
