No media displayed in libraries Ubuntu 20.04.2

I’m seeing things in your logs which only show when it’s a SNAP package.

Did you install from the Ubuntu store or did you download from Plex directly or Ubuntu?

If you did download from Plex, I think it’s going to take some intervention to get this sorted. There are NO errors of any kind.

The most I get is this:

Hi Chuck,

I downloaded from Plex directly and installed using deb package.
Let me know what needs to be done. I am even happy to re-image the server with a fresh install of Ubuntu if needed and start from scratch again…
