No option to add Labels to content anymore?

We filter all the content for our kids using an “allow” sharing label, this has worked for years.

Just upgraded from an older version of Plex server a couple weeks ago, and now I’m not seeing the option to set a label anymore when editing a piece of content.

Under the user sharing section the label is still set up on their account, and existing stuff seems to be showing correctly based on whether or not it had a label. But I can’t add or remove it from anything.

The Labels option is normally right above or below Tags, can’t remember which. I’m logged in using my normal “master” account for the plex pass.
