Hey Guys,
i use Truenas with an Docker VM where i run Portainer on it.
Now i want to use Plex. The integrate Plugin from TrueNAS had problems to join my net.
In Docker i created a volume for my SMB-Share and mount sie in the PLEX-Folder /media.
Now with my new FritzBox! im capable to look live-TV. The Problem is now that plex allways say, it has no writing permission.
I have tried to add the Plex-User in my truenas and giv it the permissions in truenas and on my Windows-Machine.
I have also changed the permission for the recordings-folder in windows aswell in portainer to 777 aswell as i changed the ownership an the permission to 755.
when i connect to the terminal in portainer i only can use it with the root-user and there is no plex-user in the list when i used: cat /etc/passwd
i think the problem may be that im not the correct user when im starting plex, but how can i change it?
Did anybody had an idea what i else can do?
