No Playback since subscribing to Remote Watch Pass

I am currently running a Windows 11 PC I am using Plex Media version 4.145.1. I can see all my content but get a playback error when trying to run my content remotely This problem did not exist until I signed up for the Remote Watch Pass which Plex confirmed is active. A remote user with a lifetime Plex Pass can see my content but gets the same playback error message. I have rebooted my PC and re-signed into my account. No other changes have been made to my account. Please help!! thank youIf providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
