Signed up for Remote Watch Pass but Playback not working

I am currently running a Windows 11 PC with an external drive where my media is hosted. I am using Plex Media version 4.145.1. I can see all my content but get a playback error when trying to run music, movies and music videos. This problem did not exist until I signed up for the Remote Watch Pass which Plex confirmed is active. A remote user with a lifetime Plex Pass can see my content but gets the same playback error message. I have rebooted my PC and re-signed into my account. No other changes have been made to my account. Please help!! thank you
