No plugins on latest Xbox One update

Since the latest Xbox One update I see no mention of plugins on the xbox app. Just wanted to ask, are they gone for good?

In the new UI there will be no plugins. All apps will be updating to new UI.

Hi, could you explain why?
Is there is any chance returning this possibility in XBox App?
It was a very nice possibility to watch IPTV channels and so one .
