No remote access

Hi, I’m really new to this so forgive me if I don’t use the correct terminology. My Plex has worked great the last couple yrs but now all of a sudden my 2 friends cannot access my movies on the Plex apps on their smart TVs. It was working fine and just quit. My TV actually did the same thing for a bit but started working just fine again and I have no issues on my iPhone at all. It looks like everything is up to date and the parity check is good but I have no idea as to what I should do next. I’m actually an avionics tech but not really computer savvy so any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

I tried the suggestion and did a full shutdown/reboot afterwards but it still doesn’t want to work remotely. I got a screenshot of my remote access being continually disabled, for some reason it keeps defaulting to this. Please let me know if the pic doesn’t come through ok.
