Server isn't available error on girlfriends Smart TV but works fine on any other device

Player Version#: 5.6.1 Plex for Samsung

Pretty much the title. Works on other remote access smart TVs but not the Samsung one. Any Help is appreciated

Agreed, have multiple issues w/ folks having trouble accessing my plex server using the smart tv apps but they work fine on the local network. Something is definitely messed up on the plex end.
