I was a XBMC user but after Plex its hard to go back.
One thing that Plex lacks is a roadmap - With a roadmap we can expect some features to be available or not in the xnext release -
Also, I read in the forums that several issues have been solved but no new build of the product has been released -
I know that the developers are very busy making things work and adding more features to Plex but I think that a public roadmap would inform what will be available and what will not the in next release of the program.
Also - would be nice to have a roadmap for the IOS version of Plex.

It's kind of hard to know what is going on right now. Are the devs currently focused on bug fixes/new features, fixing the Imdb issue, are resources being put into making the Windows version of Plex, or something else?
I keep checking the forums each day, but all I see are people posting problems/bugs. As far as I can tell there have not been any new patches for quite a while.
Like you, I wish there was a road map outlaying what we can expect over the next few weeks/months. Also it would be nice to have a central listing of the patches and what new features/bug fixes have been added.
Searching through dozens of forum posts to look to see if bugs have been fixed is getting to be a pain.
Check my blog, we just posted a release with some updates. Right now we’re in “triage” mode making sure things are running smoothly and fixing bugs.

I agree with the thread starter. The blog covers some but a road map would give us a much better overview over what’s going on and what’s planned. Then again I’d rather have the devs working on the next release than fiddling with the road map but at this point the updates are too infrequent. Last blog update was a month ago. I’d rather see weekly posts with less info. Then you at least know that something is going on.
