I had moved my Synology NAS to a new IP, and after that the PMS decided it did not want to run on the new IP. I uninstalled the PMS and re-installed with 1.20.0.3133. I am now getting a msg that tells me my admin ID is no longer able to login to the new PMS. How do I resolve this?
Still no soup for me. I sign in but never get a dialog to claim. It goes straight to no soup.
Other than the IP change I also implemented LACP on my switch and NAS. Are there any reports of LACP being an obstacle. In the past i had used XOR load balancing.
Yes its a 2 port LACP LAG. Both the switch and NAS see the LAG as up and operational, and I am not getting the error msg in red, on the NAS side that tells me LACP is not configured correctly.
That is weird…that IP is the IP you get when DHCP does not work I believe. Its the default.
Hmm…I think I am going to drop back to XOR and see what happens. The IP change should have nothing to do with this. The load balancing scheme could. Stay tuned…I am going to do some testing now.
Is there an ability to wipe out any PMS that would be associated with my account? I am wondering if I wipe it all out and then start from scratch that I can get back the PMS.
