I have 1.2.1.2854 installed and I do not see any of the options withing webui for setting upload stream etc etc?
Use https://plex.tv/web and go to Settings -> Server -> Remote Access.
yea I am under there with advanced toggled on nothing other then normal :S
Make sure you use https://plex.tv/web and not a local IP address.
