Not able to view full synopsis

Hi, the issue still exist, that no full synopsis text is visible in the samsung plex app.

i bought a lifetime plex pass and so i expect service! But i havent received any kind of service yet. The issue is persistent since almost a year.
Are you already tried to fix this? Just do ist… immediately and dont close any topics like this:
