I recently started using Plex Webhooks, but noticed that some hooks like library.on.deck and library.new don’t fire at all.
I’ve added a requestbin Webhook so see which hooks are fired and didn’t receive those. The playback hooks are fired correctly.
Is there a way to fix this problem or is it a bug in the PMS?
Hmm, those should be firing; are you seeing any of the other webhooks associated with the new notifications (e.g. new device)?
No, I’m only receiving webhooks associated to media playback. If you’d like to, I can send you the RequestBin that has been receiving requests for the past week via DM so you can take a look.
I’m running the latest version of PMS (1.16.4.1469) btw.

I have similar issues, but for me events that aren’t occurring are firing. I can see media.stop and media.pause being fired incorrectly - not sure why. I have my home theater lights turn on when these events are fired and it is annoying to see them turn on all of a sudden when we are deep into watching a movie! What may I be doing wrongly?
