“Not Authorized”

Hi there, I’m having a problem with my Plex Server. I had to reset my PC that has my Plex server on it, which is not unusual for me to do. Before I did my server was available and I could view it in the app for Windows. After restarting, I get an error message saying “Not Authorized” and that I don’t have access to this server. I’m using the only account I’ve ever used for this server and I can’t access any settings for it. The support article says to remove myself from the server but only I have access to it. What do I do? Without a backup, that is very risky to do.

You should at least perform a repair installation of Plex Server.
Followed by a re-claiming. You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
