Not getting Hardware Transcoding to work for GPU

Server Version: 1.41.3.9314
UNRAID Version: 6.12.14

Installed RAM: 64GB

I want to add hardware transcoding to get 4K HDR playback to run smoothly via Raspberry Pi which is running Android TV.
With all the settings i did as you can see in the screenshots, plex isnt using my GPU (NVIDIA QUADRO P400) but is still using the CPU (AMD Ryzen 5 3600).

Can you spot a mistake i did? Or is what i am trying to accomplish just not working?`
