When I am playing music on my Sony Bravia 9 Android TV the screen saver turns on after the configured amount of time and later turns off the TV. This is because Plex is not keeping the TV alive. When I play music over Spotify everything works fine. This should be an issue with the Plex App on Android TV. Can anybody help?

I’d really appreciate it if someone from the Plex team could briefly reply, just so I know this topic has been seen and acknowledged.
I put genuine effort into writing clear, structured, and useful bug reports here because I want to help the community and contribute to making Plex better.
Unfortunately, several of my recent posts on other topics received no response at all, which has been quite frustrating. I’m doing this in my free time and I’m not being paid for it — I’m contributing because I care about the product.
I’m not necessarily expecting an immediate solution or detailed feedback. A short acknowledgment that the issue is recognized and being looked into would already mean a lot. That kind of feedback would be very motivating and would encourage continued community contributions.
The TV always turns off after exactly 10 minutes of no input, either while music is playing (this is the annoying one), or when video is paused (this is fine).
Any button press on the TV remote resets the timer.
Casting or playing directly makes no difference.
Does not affect other apps (e.g. Spotify).
Enabling Network Logging doesn’t show anything interesting at the time the TV turns off. There may be a more verbose mode, but I can’t see a way to turn this on (Hello, Plex for Android world (debug: false)!).
Ruled out:
System > Power and energy > Auto turn-off (set to 4 hours of inactivity and it still turns off after 10 mins)
Passout Protection: never prompt
I’m very happy to try things out and provide information to help debug this.
