Ive been having some issues with the following tv shows:
The Shannara Chronicles
Better call saul (only season 2, 1 was fine)
sometimes The flash
Shannara never matches until I do it manually and then it finds it directly and it works but how come it doesnt do this correctly from the start ?
Filename is :
The.Shannara.Chronicles.S01E09.INTERNAL.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv
any ideas?
If you don’t follow the naming guide you’ll have these problems.
well, my issue with shannara is that when plex loads it and I can see it on recently added it behaves like an unknown show/episode. But as soon as I click match it comes up as the only hit, once I click ok it scrapes correctly. How come this different behaviour?
I also have the serie “The Shannara Chronicles” and i don’t have to do anything to get it matched.
I also have the same file “The.Shannara.Chronicles.S01E09.INTERNAL.720p.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mkv” in there.
You probably have to read the FAQ’s, the forum and search in your PMS log files what is going wrong.
