Not receiving 'forgot password' link

Hi All,

How do I get in touch with Plex, I cant reset my password as im dont get the link to my email.

Contact the billing department at Contact | Plex.

Thanks, Ive done that too, popped up with a message saying non billing requests will not be answered, so fingers crossed.
