Password reset email not being received

This thread was recently closed and directs people to a support form that explicitly states that filling it out for technical support will cause the request to go unanswered.

I DM’d dane22 with no luck but to be directed to a support form that tells me filling it out for technical support will result in no answers and which directs me back to the forums.

So here I am. Posting about that which has already been posted about.

I need to get a password reset link.

You had luck, and I did tell you to contact our billing department, that handles all accounts, using this link:

The text below the submit button clearly states that contacting the billing department for technical questions will result in my question going unanswered
