Not receiving Plex password reset emails

Hey Folks,

Not sure where else to turn – I haven’t been able to receive a password reset email for my primary plex account which has a lifetime plex pass… which I don’t want to use. Happy to verify in any way necessary! Not sure if it’s possible to fix this or dig into it.
