I’m able to login to my account through my email but I’m can’t remember my actual password and when I do the email reset, I’ve yet to receive the password reset email from plex. I’ve checked my spam as well. Plz help

You have two different email accounts
one is *******ogt@trinity.edu (Forums)
And the other is: *******deer@gmail.com (The real account)
And I see emails has been dispatched!
So please check both email accounts, as well as their spam folder
And just dispatched another pwd reset email for you

I am having the same issue in which reset instruction emails to seem to be dispatched. I signed up for Plex Pass on 10May21 using the email I just signed up to the forums with. Tried multiple times sending the password reset email using this address and the one that is connected to my PayPal account (where my payments to Plex are made). Nothing in either inboxes or spam folders. Any assistance here would be much appreciated. Thank you!

There is no Plex account which uses this email address.
You might want to take a look into the spam folder of this email account. Look out for emails from Plex at July, 3rd
I signed up for the membership via email that I had previously signed up for.
The profile image was recovered, but the plex pass was not.
Do you need any information to restore the plex pass? For example, a PayPal receipt
You are using yet another user account. Why?
Have you looked in your email spam folder?

Currently, due to everybody are changing their password, our mail server is under heavy load, so this could indeed take a while

Looks like @Plex didn’t properly plan for pwd reset volume after the hack
Looks like the plex mail server is in BANANAS state
For anyone that’s having problems receiving email instructions, the Plex system is running very slow, I thought I wasn’t getting anything, and I clicked on send instructions several times, but 2 hours later, I ended up with 15 emails with instructions to reset password, but there’s an easier way, go to https://support.plex.tv, and if you’re already logged in, click on your profile icon, then click account settings, there you can change your password.
If you’re not already logged in, you can still login from the support.plex.tv site, assuming you use the same login details as the main plex.tv website.
I already did this while waiting for an email, but make sure you check the box to logout of other devices.

this did not work for me because my old or new password (it doesn’t way) doesn’t work. Says “Invalid Password” when I try to change through web or server.
