I ask you to add a function to the PLEX Server that would allow the administrator to manually send a notification to home users who are connected to the Plex Server.
This would be convenient for informing home users about a planned, for example, restart of Plex Server or other actions,
which will limit the ability of home users to work with Plex Server.
These are home users from the Create Managed User menu.
The forced disconnect function with the notification of individual users from Plex Server, which is now implemented by you, is not suitable for these purposes.

Добрый день уважаемые господа.
Прошу Вас добавить в PLEX Server функцию, которая бы позволила администратору в ручном режиме отправлять уведомление домашним пользователям, которые подключены к Plex Server.
Это было бы удобно для информирования домашних пользователей о планируемом, например, перезапуске Plex Server или других действия, которые ограничат возможность работы домашних пользователей с Plex Server.
Речь идет о домашних пользователях из меню Create Managed User.
Функция принудительного отключения с отправкой уведомления отдельных пользователей от Plex Server, которая сейчас реализована вами, для этих целей не подходит.
