What made you think that you would need to do that?

All media on https://watch.plex.tv are free to watch with advertising.
Those titles which are not available, will not get available with a Plex Pass.
All you can do with these titles is to put them into your personal WatchList. So that you will get a notification if and when they become available on plex or one of your streaming services.

I think Plex needs to take a page out of the Emby playbook and have a disclaimer next to the subscription page that makes it clear. See way too much of these kind of post on the forums and reddit.
