Was wondering if it was even possible to create a NPVR plugin for Plex. I know that we can't do the livetv streaming, But i was hoping that i would be able to bring up maybe the epg and schedule recording,schedule season passes, look at recording status, all from Plex,

This is a basic plugin that will stream your recordings - none of the other functionality you mention unfortunately.
I am interested in trying your solution, but can you give some tips on exactly what I'd have to do to install/test it?
You just need to download the bundle, extract it, and place it in your plug-ins folder it like any other channel.
For Mac it is /Users//Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
For Window it is /Users//AppData/Local/Plex Media Server/Plug-ins
Compairing this plugin to some of the other Plex PVR live TV plugins I have a few wish list items.
The live branch of NextPVR -Plex supports live streaming.

I've got this added to my PMS install and its excellent :)
I've got a couple of questions though:
1) Is there a way to add images for the channels, such as BBC 1, BBC2 etc (In the UK)?
2) Whats the best encoding method to stop plex from having to transcode - it takes up to 4 minutes from me trying to watch a recording before it will play and it must be the format I'm using?

I have a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1800 that I’m trying to get to work…I can get it to scan channels but it won’t play in plex,using the npvr plugin
