There is a later build than the one you are running on EPYC: 1.30.0.6406-F3F2FCC0

Is it the same with this version?
Do you have the original recording file ?
Could you get the debug server logs when the commercial skipper runs
Also log text files within the media directories it uses

I’ve been unable to reproduce this, but I think it’s a direct result of plex not cleaning up the /tmp dir of .jpg’s resulting in a full tmpdir causing the error.

We do leave the purge of /tmp and %TEMP% on windows to the OS
