Nvidia shield collections are showing up wrong and can't play certain movies

I have a my cloud pr4100. I installed not this new firmware update but the last firmware update and ever since that even with the brand new firmware update that just came up from Plex I have not been able to play certain movies and all my collections only show two movies in them. The funny thing is it only not showing on the Nvidia shield at my friend’s house on his smart TV when I stream my Plex from my house it shows up fine but he has the newest Plex interface. then my phone plays it fine when I log into my phone all the collection show correctly all the movies in the collection show up and they play fine and also when logging into the computer interface it shows it’s fine too, only Plex on Nvidia shield showing it wrong. I went into Nvidia shield uninstall the Plex app pre-installed logged in again no nothing worked I reset the Nvidia shield to factory defaults and erased all my information on it reset it up everything still didn’t work.some people in the other comments are saying make sure your Plex app is up to date but the Nvidia shield play store still says that 14 is the highest what it has not been given the 15 which people on other Android TV already have .please fix this I’m just so upset and it’s just not fair right now I can only watch some movies not all of them and they used to play fine on it the ones I tried to watch I’ve watched on it before.
