Can't start movie collection on nvidia shield

Hello all,
I’ve a little problem when i create a movie collection (two or more movies in same collection) on some devices (nvidia shields) i can’t start movies.

Thx for help …

Do you get some specific error message?
Mind sharing some more details as for what version of Plex for Android TV is currently running on your Shield and what version of PMS you have installed?

ive last PMS version PlexMediaServer-1.23.3.4707-ebb5fe9f3-x86_64_DSM6
there is no error message but simply turns the circle for hours look at the picture

other movies start normally … only the movies I put into the collection (two or more movies) … I deleted the collection but I still can’t run any movies that were in the collection … I cleaned the directories and restored them and I can’t run the movies again…

… when i run those movies (which were in the collection) on the computer or my cell phone everything works fine they don’t just work on the nvidia shield…

It’s unlikely this has anything to do with those movies having been in a collection or not.
What kind of media is that? You can e.g. check that in Plex Web using ⋮ > Get Info on the applicable movie (either from the resulting window or by clicking View XML on that screen)?

What’s showing on the Now Playing page for that stuck playback?

…for example mad max movie can be watched via plex player on computer but can’t on nvidia shield player … all movies that were in the collection can’t be watched on nvidia player while on computer they work without problems here is the XML code from the movie Mad Max:

I am having the same issue on Roku. See my thread - Long API Call delaying movie playback

Also seems to be specific to items in collections.

haven’t seen that thread… the movie specs themselves don’t seem spectacular – so that on its own shouldn’t cause much trouble.

Agreed, and I have watched the movie half a dozen times, this is the first time I am experiencing something like this.

I continue to see this GET request take almost 30 seconds, even after I remove Spider-Man Far From Home from the MCU collection & Spider-Man collections that I have…

Got response 200 GET https://192-168-1-5.dd2c7ef83ab2488790044b9b46faa410.plex.direct:32400/hubs/metadata/30544/related?count=12&includeMeta=1&includeExternalMetadata=1&includeAugmentations=1 - 27572ms

The above is from my Roku logs - just sent via remote as well.
