NVIDIA Shield tv episodes stop after 5 minutes of the show then go to next episodes

while playing friends when play episode right have the intro it goes to the next episode thinking the episode was finished after playing the intro

now it shows something different not it goes back about 3 minutes and show a black screen instead of going to the next episodes

tried plex on kodi with nvida shield it fine but if I use plex app it doesn’t it work fine

I still have that problem with the latest version so I have rest my NVIDIA shield and turn off the auto update
