Obliged to reset my Nvidia Shield 2019 Pro each time i run Plex TV on it

Dear All,

I have tried to find a silimar problem on the forum but didn’t find it. I have an Nvidia Shield 2019 Pro for 2 months, and almost everytime i lauch Plex TV on it, nothing happens. I am obliged to reset the shield by turning the switch off/on.

Plex TV and the Shield are updated, i don’t know how the resolve the problem.

What version is the server and client?

When you say “nothing happens,” what does that mean? Does the splash screen show up? Does the home screen load? Does Plex have trouble finding the server?
