Official docker stopped working, now can't reclaim my server

Server Version#: 1.40.5.8854
Player Version#:

Something happened today to my plex server. I’m not certain what or where exactly to start trying to figure out how to fix it.
We watched a show at lunch time on Plex just fine. After dinner we came back and the server was unavailable, so I restarted the docker. It then would not find my local server saying that I was unauthorized to see that content.
So then I updated the image to the linuxserver/plex:latest. I was able to see my server again and get to the settings of my server. It shows that it is no longer accessible outside of my network and that it needs to be claimed and is unsecure. Clicking claim does nothing.
I have attempted to clear out the Preferences.xml of the key/value pairs mentioned in a support article while the docker was not running. This did not improve the situation, the server will still not claim.

I am able to play content on that server that I happened to be playing the last time I connected, a Metallica album.

I also attempted to reathenticate on the server and that doesn’t seem to happen at all. I log out and then log back in and it doesn’t prompt for a username and password at all.

I’m not sure what the next steps should be

Nevermind. It appears it was some kind of router issue. Not sure what the issue was, but it’s an ASUS RT-AC5300. A reset of the router cleaned it all up and I was able to create an entirely new docker and claim it without any issue.

Now I’ll go back and restore my config directory of the previous docker and see if that container will start just fine and I can retain all my previous db contents.
