Offloading transcode or analysis jobs to another plex node on the network

I have a feature suggestion, if it hasn’t already been brought up.

It would be really cool if there was some way to allow plex to offload certain library tasks and/or encoding to another system on a network.
Example: I (Like many) run my main Plex server on a Pi 4, but due to lacking hardware encoding, sometimes the odd movie will get ‘encoded’ which sometimes results in a bad time. Another example are jobs like Sonic Analysis - Simply not supported on ARM due to hardware constraints according to posts dotted around the forums.

It would be really cool if it were possible to have these tasks offloaded over the network to another device, Say a beefy Desktop client on the same network, or another server either in the form of a ‘companion service’ (So not a full plex server) or another instance of Plex running (Ideally the former) where these tasks can be sent to for processing where there might be hardware acceleration/more compute resources available for the task.

They could access the needed data form the plex server requesting the job, do the task needed and send the data back for storage in the database/filesystem or in the case of encoding, stream back the resulting data for relay.

It doesn’t really make sense.
If you are going to have a powerful machine at the ready to take on transcoding duties, you might as well run the whole Plex server on that machine.
