A friends old server build has re-appeared in my server list as unavailable. He rebuilt it on new hardware months ago and they both have the same name. The old one is not listed in my authorised devices.
I’ve read a few posts with the same issue and think that an admin needs to remove it for me?

Thanks for the reply, when I click on the server in the list all I get is:
"Update your Plex Media Server
The server “SERVERNAME” is out of date and cannot be selected. This version of the web app requires Plex Media Server 1.3.0 or higher. Use one of the links below to open an available, out of date server directly."

I don’t have a remove server option anywhere.
I’ve tried it on the new UI as well with the same results.
I have now “soft-deleted” this server. It should no longer appear for you.
Do please also tell your friend to go to https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms and weed out all the old servers (but only the no-longer-used ones!)
