Older seasons disappearing

I have noticed with my live tv dvr it seems to be deleting previous seasons of shows I am recording and only keeping the current season. I don’t always get to the shows right away. I just noticed “The Rookie” is only the current season. I had watch only 2 episodes of the first season.

I have like 6TB of space free on my server. I don’t think it is a space issue.

Anyone have a suggestion of a setting I am missing or something?

Edit the show or the recording job, under ‘Advanced’,
Make sure the topmost selectors are set to never delete any episodes after watching and to keep all episodes.

I double checked the one series I know it happened on and they are marked the same way as the screen grab above.

I know in the past if it was a space issue I would see recordings failing. If it is a space issue it is removing stuff and not telling me.

Plex doesn’t remove media in its own to save space. It doesn’t even keep track of storage space for media.

You might want to disable the ‘Allow delete media’ preference of Plex – just to make sure that not you or any Plex client that is logged in to your user account is able to delete media. https://support.plex.tv/articles/200289526-library/
