Older versions on older Mac

Hello,
I try to run an older Version on an older Mac. Unfortunately There is no later version that runs on this OS. It is only to stream inside my LAN. I did not get any possibilities to configure it. Is there an option i have to select during the Installation?

Its a Mac mini2.1 2007 with mac OS 10.6.8 The program runs, but i don’t have the possibility to make something.

Is it possible to use a linux distro like ubuntu on your mini to run Plex?

Unfortunately it not only a media server it is also a file and printer server so, no i can’t switch to linux.
