On deck not showing all TV shows anymore (FireTV and Nvidia shield)

It seems like my on deck no longer shows all the shows it is supposed to. A few days back on both my Fire TV and Nvidia shield I lost a bunch of my on deck TV shows.

I changed the server library settings to show 100 weeks to consider on deck and continue watching and 100 maximum number of on deck items. Both players show exactly 20 items only.

My chrome web player shows the proper amount I was last seeing on them before recently which is my expected 37 items.

Just putting this out there something has changed and I miss not seeing all my items on my streaming devices.
