One client cannot stream remotely

Hi there,
I have an iPad for the kids that is not able to stream remotely. After login I only see the online tv things but not my media. Streaming works fine within home wifi.

I can access the media remotely with my iPhone and via browser so I don’t think it’s a network or server configuration problem.

Any ideas?
