Is this a viable approach for plex?
I honestly love the simplicity of install for this [OpenELEC](http://openelec.tv/) although I have not tried yet. Designed for multiple hardware (AMD, ION, and generic) but using a single Linux OS specifically trimmed to just have XBMC and it's accompanying plugins work out of the box. It even has PVR support. Your thoughts!
