I currently have a “New” Episode of “Better call Saul” scheduled to be recorded this upcomming saturday at 5am, while its great plex is picking this up, and trying to record, I personally have no interest in the 5 minute comic-con trailer. I’d like to opt-out of recording this, without having to cancel my recording preferences.

Has there been any progress on this Feature Request. This is a very well-known feature in WMC which I think many will benefit from. There are times were a series includes “special episodes” which are not part of the typical official season lines up that report in Plex EPG as planned recording for the season, and it would be great to cancel just that 1 episode without the need to cancel the entire series recording and add back. I’m quite surprised this isn’t an added feature yet.

Their too busy throwing spaghetti at the wall to see if anything innovative will stick (like the upcoming Discover Together), instead of wasting time on boring user requested features.
