Optimization: is it possible to customize the default profiles

Hello, I am very happy with the “Optimize for TV” Optimization profile. Movies where the bitrate doesn’t exceed 8 MB don’t get their video re-encoded but only remux instead (I like that), while the audio is re-encoded where necessary (e.g. AC3 to AAC). Other movies, with higher bitrate and/or (I think) certain “high” AVC profiles or files with too many ref-frames get reencoded. Super.
My only problem with it it, I’d like the threshold to be higher than the current 8 MB/s. More like 10 MB/s.
I’ve tried the Custom profiles in the past , but realized that there were other issues - the Optimizer configuration changes in too many other ways when using Custom.
So, my question:
a) is it possible to customize the bitrate threshold for full video re-encoding somewhere, for the “Optimized for TV” profile ??
b) if not, how to I use the Custom profiles to do this, while ensuring all other encoding “decisions” by Plex remain the same as for “Optimized for TV” ?
