Currently trying to optimise a season of a tv series, each time I ask plex to optimise it immmediately says complete for the majority of the episodes but does not write any new files to the disk (mix of mp4 & avi containers).
There are two epsiodes which have mkv containers which it does convert and write to disk but I want the whole series optimsed for xbox at the quality i set so it can stream smoothly.
