I’ve got an issue that is puzzling me. I am running PleX Version 1.13.0.5023 on a QNAP NAS (Ubuntu) and am slowly working my way through my library optimizing movies for XBOX One. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago it stopped working. I select the custom->XBOX optimization option and it immediately says complete. About half the time, It will create the optimization folder, but it never actually does the optimization.
I have tested every other available optimization type (iOS, Android, Windows, Universal TV, etc) and they all work correctly. I have run analyze on everything in all my libraries, I have reinstalled PleX, I have searched logs (Verbose and Debug), rebooted many times in the process and I can’t find anything that appears to be incorrect.
Has anyone seen something like this?
