My problem with these fixed values is that I would very much prefer to be able to select 1080p at 4, 3 and 2 mbps than any 720p resolution. For many cases 2 to 3 mbps at 1080p is the sweet spot, so why is this resolution whimsically limited to 8+ mbps?
